Jaypee Palace Hotel, Agra (Uttar Pradesh)

My recent stay at Jaypee Agra was quite disappointing compared to past experiences. While the rooms are spacious with beautiful views, the service has seriously declined. I encountered major issues with room service and the handling of my dinner order. However, I did appreciate the attentive nature of some staff members, especially during dinner at the restaurant. Overall, it seems that they need to improve both their service consistency and food quality to regain guest trust.

My stay at the hotel was mostly positive. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made for a warm atmosphere. The location was nice, away from the city's hustle, but some amenities fell short of what I expected. Although I enjoyed the dining options, the Wi-Fi was quite unreliable, which was a drawback during my visit.

The staff, especially Apoorv, were incredibly helpful and attentive. The dining options left something to be desired, as several menu items were unavailable, but the food we did have was tasty. Overall, while it was quite luxurious, there were a few issues that affected our stay.

However, I did have some issues with the slow-draining shower and the A/C that struggled to keep our room cool through the night. The amenities like the bowling lanes and pool were impressive, though the long walk to my room can be a bit tiring at times.
